Wifi didn't work. Employee working gave no communication/updates on the buses that were delayed. Building is very dirty!
Fast service, the restrooms need 2b a lil more kept up and if the have a ticket kiosk that would be more helpful as well.
I am writing because I have received HORRIBLE customer service. I Booked a trip from Long Beach, CA to San Diego, CA on April 7, 2018 at 12:35pm for my boyfriend. No where on the website or at the bus station does it say I cannot purchase a ticket for a friend, relative or what have you. Nor does the website allow me to change the name of the Passenger riding the bus. I live in San Diego, CA, and he was coming to visit me. I checked in for him and sent him the ticket, but he also had access to my profile for greyhound. They refused to change or refund the ticket. My boyfriend proceeded to purchase another ticket and I was unable to receive a refund. The Manager at the Long Beach CA bus station said I would receive one, but I received horrible customer service not only from the employees at the Long Beach bus station. But how horrible they treated my boyfriend. The fact they do not and did not pick up their phone after I had called for hours. And also the poor customer service received from the employees on your general help line. I called several times, with no solutions, no help, and even was hung up on. I am livid at this point and I don't know if I will recommend or use this company again, and I will refer my friends elsewhere as well. They had us purchase the same ticket twice, it isn't acceptable for a well known company to treat people like this, with attitude, no solutions, and stealing money.
Greyhound is my go-to for long trips. They have very cheap ticket prices. All their buses-some are in good conditions, other aren't. Nonethless if you're trying to get from point A to B for a low price, Greyhound is it!
