Long Beach Autohause saved me over $300 for a B5 service on my C300. They took care of me and my car from the moment I walked in. The dealership had recommended over $7,000 of repairs and made it sound like I was going to be stranded somewhere if I didn't have the work done immediately. LB Autohaus showed me pictures and educated me on the condition of all the parts I was told must be replaced and found that I only needed about $350 of work done and none of the things that needed attention were dire enough to jeopardize my safety. I couldn't have asked for a better service provider and will never go back to the dealership.
Overall if you know your car and some things it needs you would realize that the staff here is really there to help you in doing what your car needs. Ive been here multiple times and each time has been pleasant not the fact that I had to bring in my car to get work done because I like to save money and do work on it myself but somethings I need help with and bring it here. The staff is always nice and always fill you in with whats going on with the your vehicle. If you need help with your car I recommend this place .
