Every time I come, the tall guy who greets me complains that I come too late in the day. When I come earlier, he tells me it's going to be a long wait. "45 Minutes to an hour" - Even if the lot is empty and there are only 3 cars waiting to be washed. The cashier tells me: "Don't listen to him!" - She was right! It only took about 20 minutes.

Do not go here they left my car with a long as scratch from the front door to the back door and my car was still left with red lint! I did not make it a big deal because I was so upset and just went to target to buy the scratch remover! I repeat do not go! Sunday, 9/16/18 it was a gray Honda Civic 2013. Rip off!!! The girl that answers the phone told me that shampooing starts at $85 and goes up depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Understandable. I took a 93 suburban to get the inside shampooed and outside washed, charged me $130. Not two weeks later I take a 97 ford explorer and wants to charge me $130 for the same work on a smaller truck. My suburban has cloth seats which required shampooing and explorer has leather, so how can they possibly be the same in price??? He was the same employee that gave me the price for the suburban. And when I tell him about the suburban he said all trucks are $130 small cars $110. I told them the girl on the phone said it starts at $85 and he said no. The manager was not in so I'm waiting to speak with him on the issue. Ridiculous!
I have been coming to this place for over a year now and I love their work. They treat you like family and they are all about their customers. Im usually busy so I tend to do the Super Saver detail/wash once a month. The only thing I noticed about two weeks ago is that their prices increased. The Super Saver went from $69.99 to $84.99. Thats a $15 increase. So I guess Ill have to re-evaluate the washing options. Dont get me wrong, Ill continue going to this place but just choose a different wash option. Dont forget to tip well the workers here. I have seen some of these workers be very detailed and dedicated only to be tipped $2 and still be berated by cheap demanding customers.
