A friend told me about the Pro Life Mass at this parish. I just had to check it out. I'm so glad I did. It was BEAUTIFUL. I don't understand why EVERY Catholic Church doesn't have a Mass to pray for our unborn brothers and sisters. Or at the very least include prayers to end abortion in every Prayer Petition. I look forward to this Mass --- every 1st Sunday of the month. Also worth applauding is the music. Music can add so much to the Mass and simply put, we love it. It's always so reverent, so heartfelt ... but never gloomy. It's not distracting or loud and the singers, instrumentalists (3 people) are very talented. And they play songs WE KNOW - or can quickly learn --- and in a key we can actually sing in. They also sing a beautiful pro life theme song after Communion that is joyful but can bring tears to my eyes sometimes. Thank you St. Cornelius for having a Mass my entire family actually looks forward to attending.
