This seems to be a common trend at the moment with Hoonigan, poor customer service. I made an order with Hoonigan at the end of October. 2 weeks later I received an email saying that one of my items had been refunded, but no progress on the remaining items in the order. I sent numerous emails to the support email address, I used the messaging service on the website, I tried Instagram and I tried using the email link on their website too. It took 2 months to get a reply from them via Facebook messenger; the reply claimed that their system was showing the entire order as having been refunded, when only the value of a sticker had been refunded to me, leaving the value of the shipping and the T-shirt which hadnt been refunded to me. I was finally promised a refund of the outstanding items at the beginning of January. I have still not been refunded for the outstanding items in the order, despite being told I would be, over a month later. I am very disappointed with the terrible customer service and the fact that they dint reply to you other than twice on Facebook messenger after 3 months of trying to contact them. To them the amount of money, which it seem is have now lost, may not be much (around 35) but as a 16year old, its a decent amount that I have now lost because of Hoonigan (who dont seem to care about their customers). I love the videos and content they produce but sadly this has put me and my friends off the company seriously. Im really not happy with the service they have provided (or lack of) and would not recommend anyone buy anything from them. I would also appreciate Hoonigan to resolve this issue.
Worst customer service ever!! I spent $6 for two stickers and was charged $7 in shipping to get them by Christmas. Only one sticker arrived the day after Christmas and the other sticker was cancelled. I was refunded $3 but when I returned the second one for a refund I have heard nothing!! Multiple emails have been completely ignored! They could clearly not care less. It may not be a large sum of money that I'm out, but all the same I've paid $12 for absolutely nothing. Nice company!!!
Cool atmosphere. Horrible customer service. The cashier kept looking at the computer. Literally gave us the cold shoulder and kept talking to a minimum. I spent 75 bucks there and kinda regret buying merch. My expectations were not high as well. I expected decent customer service at least. I could get better customer service at Northgate goceries. Sad to post this. My two cents is close the store. At least you save people time and energy. Traveled from NY
I made an order for Gymkhana 10 gear back in November. There was some issues with my order and incorrect tracking was provided. I was able to work with their customer service. Matt was amazing and shipped out my items via 2-day. It was a slow process but my order finally got here and they made it right.
having problems with ordering merchandise from the website and it being randomly cancelled seven days later after it had already been shipped out. Ive emailed called and even private messages them on Instagram and still havent heard back on my order that was quite a bit of money.
