We purchased the 3 seat Stressless couch from Fred at House to Home in Long Beach 2 years ago. I recently had an issue with one of the cushions and called Fred for warranty coverage. I needed it back quickly as I was having family come to visit. He had his very polite delivery crew pick up the couch and return it fixed in 2 days. Excellent customer service.
