Hired for job. Installed lock and cover plate crooked. Was either a no show or cancellation three days in a row before finally finishing the job. Nice people, reasonable pricing but horrible communication and lack of respect for other people's time. Two out of the 3 times I had to call them to find out they had to reschedule and weren't coming.

I really appreciate how quick and responsive he was few texts and he was their in 20 min the job took him 2 min and costed me 115 I felt my lock is a Stanford graduate but to be fair he showed up on a Sunday in 20 min and he is really good at what he does I ordered the tools after he left he made it look easy then realized I keep them inside oh well will learn it eventually and use them I see many locks in my future thank you
Im definitely saving Long Beach City Locksmiths to my contacts for future use and emergencies. They came to my rescue this morning (7/20/18) after I locked myself out of my apartment. Initially, I had contacted another local locksmith claiming to have 24 hr emergency service around 6:30 AM and was told they would be over within 30 minutes. I waited nearly two hours for them after several attempts to inquire on whereabouts, I jumped on-line and decided to go with Long Beach City locksmiths because of all the positive reviews and they didn't disappoint at all. After calling for pricing, and giving my information, Alfredo was sent and was at my apartment within 10 minutes of me placing my call for help. They are definitely fast and reliable and I would recommend this company to anyone. The only issue we had was processing of payment by credit card, which I was advised upfront that processing/app may be down (which was no problem, I just walked to atm to pay for services rendered).
