The food was amazing. They sat us on the second floor for the first time ever, once we finished our meal and were told that we wouldn't get kicked out of the second floor until after 1:30 p.m. but a waiter kept circling our table. Once they finally closed we went outside and it was raining, my Lyft driver said she was outside but didn't show, I tried to go back in to the covered area but they wouldn't let me after playing $140 on dinner. They let other people go in and out repeatedly. The service was unbelievably horrid. $140 on dinner and they can't be courteous.
Amazing place. Server was super helpful with the menu. She knew every detail about the food and drinks. Just delicious and great live music 6 days a week. Great date night place or just a hang out place with friends.
It's not what you'd get in Spain, but definetly quality food, with taste, and imagination. Very nice atmosphere. Not cheap. Recommended if it is in your budget.
Cafe Sevilla, located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, specializes in tapas, paellas, and other Spanish-style cuisine. The menu is fairly extensive and the restaurant is eclectically decorated. And, just like in Spain, the service is leisurely. I was there over two hours for a simple dinner and dessert. But, the food is good. They also have live music, although the band playing when I was there, frankly, was not very good. Be sure to ask for your check when you're ready for it.
The Live music was excellent and the wait staff was attentive. The food was better than advertised. We had the Seafood Paella, regular Paella and various Tapas. Everything came tasting spectacular. One of the best restaurants in Long Beach. It's a Spanish themed Restaurant and my family visitng from Spain said it felt like being back home. There different themes nights and attractions. It is a great place for a date or family get together.
