Our baby pitty Roxy loves this PetSmart and staff especially Robert, Megan and the dog trainer who are always super helpful. This location is in the new Long Beach Exchange which has a plenty of parking and is an all new shopping center. Great for dog, cat, reptile, fish, bird and more animals, supllies, vet techs and training classes. Extra bonus brand new Hangar brew taps and restaurants just opened behind Pet Smart and Wholefoods next door.

I love pet smart!!!! The groomers are fabulous mine is Jessica.... at lbs exchange; she loves her profession snd makes my Gizmo feel special !!!
Wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately in this particular store I was left waiting at the register for someone to approve me using a $100 bill for my purchase and no one ever came. The girl at the register just stood there did not making any attempt to try and find the manager, and the girl who sold me the food tried to get someone but I was in a but of a hurry, my girlfriend was waiting for me in the car, and I just told them I'd be back. The store had no customers in it - I feel this was bad communication between emoyees or just no sense of urgency in general. New store, newer employees that need more training?
