Phone rep was pleasant and managed to get me an appointment on the same day. Tech arrived within the time frame provided by the phone rep. Work was done within a reasonable time frame and a camera was inserted into our sewage line to show that all blockages were cleared. Price for a sewer line clean out was very reasonable at $99
I called the service line and after I answered a million questions about me and my water heater they were able to send someone out quickly in the early evening when most people are in traffic on there way home for the day (including myself).The guy dispatched was prompt on arrival, clean and professional, he was also proficient in his knowledge of his craft! I say this because he didn't mind answering my questions while I looked over his shoulder and watched him work. I would definitely use them again!
We had severe root problems, and the guys from Mr Rooter came out took a look, told us exactly what was going on and handled the problem. The work was EXPENSIVE, and the payment set up was not very good, but at the end of the day we were truly satisfied with the way it all turned out. The guys were really professional, friendly, respectful, and clean.

Arrived about an hour after calling on a Sunday afternoon, which was a fantastic relief. Armando was polite, courteous and professional. He sorted the blockage in minutes, and asked lots of questions to ensure the problem was solved and we were left with robust plumbing. I was also impressed at how respectful and tidy he was.
