Best and relax
Nice Place. The manager, Deborah, treats everyone with respect that is respectful toward her. Treat her in a negative way and you get negativity back at you. Why don't you good people start being nice to one another and you will have a whole new world open up for you. Life is way too short for all these negative vibes.
Management stays on top of this place. Always well paved roadway. Friendly maintenance. Monthly is reasonably priced.
Park managers Deborah and her husband Manuel are as nasty as you can get. Customer service is less than 0. i have filed a police report against Manuel for harassing me at 9pm while he was drunk threatening to physically attack me and my client who came by to work on his video. Park rules apply to some and not to all. There are under 55 year old residents living here, so it's not a senior park. Dog rules apply to some residents but not all. Grounds are unkept and filthy. Massive leaves left to rot everywhere. Some nice residents here, but they stick to themselves for fear of upsetting management. All residents walk on egg shells. Deborah is nasty and vicious to me and other customers as well, check out all the bad reviews. They are true. i was hoping that they weren't when i moved here, unfortunately they are. The only amenities here are 4 washer/dryers that are locked up at 6pm daily. The neighborhood is very sketchy too. Lots of breakins and stolen vehicles, Not worth your good money. There are other RV parks nearby.
Love the place , quiet. Close to transport. Well maintained. Very helpful manager. Reasonable rates.
