I booked an appointment online earlier today and received a confirmation by email. I showed up for my appointment this evening and no one was at the location. I texted the esthetician (who was ccd on my original booking confirmation) and she responded indicating she was recently let go and the owner should have notified me. I have since texted the owner and she very nonchalantly says that was a website glitch and its not our fault. She then proceeds to tell me to just rebook with her as if no big deal that I had just wasted my evening. I now understand why they don't answer their phone or return messages left on voicemail. I had called and left a message before booking. The owner is totally in denial of their service issues. In talking with others familiar with the business this evening, they say this is business as usual for them. They should close their doors as they don't belong in business. Terrible experience, stay away!

Very nice spa place. Small and cozy. I got a facial for the first time. It was nice and relaxing. Jackie was very kind and helpful. She offered to give me a less aggressive type of facial as oppose to the one I had from Groupon. I also got a massage and that was also great and very relaxing which helped with my stress.
This place is the bomb! I took my 3 daughters for a mother/daughter day of spa, shopping and fun and this started us all out on the right foot! We ALL enjoyed a facial and massage and every bit of it was pleasant and fulfilling. The masseuse's were extremely professional and thorough in their massages for all age groups. The facials were a little on the lite side, but still enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to any one even remotely considering it. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming!
