Best hat shop I've been in in years! And I don't mean baseball hats, but all hats! I'm talking Fedoras, porkpie hats, Kangols of kinds! This place is like a toy store for hat enthusiasts! I'll Definitely be returning!

If I could leave this place less than one star, I would. I'm here in the store this moment and the staff is extremely unfriendly and have no knowledge of their inventory. They can only name off three brands that are USA made and can't even point them out to me in the store. I've already found four more USA made brands that they had no clue of, and they reprimanded me for tying to grab them when they had offered me no help earlier. Then they claimed they had a manager coming to help me, but no one ever showed up in 45 min. The last time I was here a few months ago the staff member that helped me was kind and knowledgeable, but now is a very different story. Their staff was yelling left and right to customers coming in for touching hats or having ice cream. Horrible customer service! I will not shop here again, nor recommend it to anyone else again. Buy elsewhere if you can, this place is the worst. So sad, because I would LOVE to support local businesses. But this place leaves you no choice.
