The machines are broken and will steal your cash deposits But they don't bother to tell you till afterwards "oh they have been broken for months" . Always have a long line with employees just standing around chit chatting. Unhelpful. Worst chase in Long Beach hands down. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Chase bank sucks. They purposely make thing hard on low income customers. Damn straight th ed be as sweet as pie if I had hundreds of millions of dollars but what world is this bank living in? Who has hundreds millions of dollars to waste besides Chases most prized druggie customers who probably have all that money from sleeping around.....
