Worse worse,worse and absolute worse banking experience EVER!! Not at all friendly for small business owners . This bank is only for people that can afford ridicoulos holds on their hard earned money despite of keeping account in good standing. And the lack of available locations and ATMs do not help their lack of customer service! Worse worseOhhhh and guess what if you drive in the parking lot due to the reduced onstreet parking you have to go inside and get a stamp, otherwise $5 for parking! Another customer was just complaining about this (which has happened to me in a car full of kids...) Well as soon as this customer left the building complaining about having to come back for validation, one of the personal bankers who was there started laughing at him! Now what you call that? Seriously avoid yourself trouble and bank with someone who really appreciates each customer

Absolute terrible service. The women helping us was incredibly condescending, and slow. I've worked in customer service and manager has always trained us to be helpful and efficient. This woman should not be working for a bank where people's personal information is right in front of her. So rude
These banks are immensely hard to find whatsoever and closes on weekends thats very inconvenient thinking of transferring my funds to another bank thats more available in this modern world.been told my account info is invalid yet i replaced my card less than 3 months ago and i have well over $300 on that card to which im being told isnt on there.gofundme sent donations collected for my aidslifecycle charity event and was estimated at 300 im very upset with union and WILL be switching banks to bank of America on monday since i seem to not be a valued customer who called daily for the last week trying to figure out why i cant access my account nor can i change it cause i have a school id and not an offical id complete bonkers hereCredit unions treated me better
