Jax did an awesome and fast job of tuning up my Specialized Roubaix. They got it running just like new a whole day earlier than expected. They had all the special parts in stock that my bike needed. The staff is very knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. They even were kind enough to give me a complimentary basic bike fit and adjusted my cleats. Thanks! Highly recommended!

Anders was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. He helped us with the replacement parts for my sons bike and answered our questions regarding future purchases. This is my second time here and I will definitely come back!

Jax had the bike I had researched and I was glad I was able to support a local LB business. I like the large range of products/equipment available, and that I didnt have to wait long even though a part needed to be ordered for the bike.I hadnt been on a bike in a very long time and the staff member that assisted me (Jordan) was incredibly helpful and patient. He offered suggestions on accessories without making me feel pressured, which is a sure way to make me head for the door. I feel comfortable with the thought of dropping in to ask questions or get advice. What I thought was going to be an intimidating experience turned out to be completely comfortable and fun. (Much like the bicycle itself!)
