Love this place it will never get old
My daughter & I love to frequent this local coffee / bakery on our weekly daddy-daughter date before her school day begins at Millikan HS. We like to share the avocado toast on sourdough. It is DELICIOUS!! The 4/5 stars is for the average quality of flavored coffee in a place named after coffee (so many good coffee shops in LB) & the occasional snippy response from a staff member (though most are friendly). Lots of seating (including a comfy meeting room) & regular locals here. Very wide variety of baked goods.
I only get one item ands its GreatPumpkin Bagel Double Toasted Cream Cheese
Yummy sandwiches. Super friendly staff. I ordered lunch online for coworkers and everything was packed on time, super organized, clean and neat boxed up with each person's name on their sandwich and everything was perfect. I love this place
5 years ago we moved to Colorado, but I'm here in Long Beach, Ca. visiting. One of my favorite places to eat is Grounds! Great soups & especially their sandwiches.
