  This place is seriously a joke. They can't be trusted . The guy Alex is creepy. What a mistake it was taking both my new range rovers here . The first one had a minor dent from a door , he gave me an estimate and I agreed . I spoke to him 3 times before my truck was done right before I went to pick up he tells me that O by the way the part was more money then I thought I owe a higher amount . I asked why didn't you mention this in the 3 conversations we had prior, he said he forgot.My other new Range Rover had a rock scratch on the hood , he had for 2 weeks it was done 3 days ago and will not release it until he sees a copy of a drafted check from the insurance ???Really. My insurance approved and now you want a copy of a drafted check or hold my car hostage . Aren't you in the insurance claim Business ? Do you normally wait on checks from insurance . I've had many cars fixed I've never heard asking for a copy of a drafted check before . Obviously there's an agreement with the insurance company already. Trying to get a copy of a drafted check in a insurance company in a dept that no one knows where it is , is probably just a tactic to charge extra storage fees for the car . Really ???

  Fix Auto was one of my options from my insurance company. Everything with them went smoothly. They ladies were very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I took my car in on a Wednesday and they had it ready to go the following Tuesday. They even detailed it and filled up my tires.Amazing!
