I judge mechanics on whether they do what they say they will, whether the deliver service promptly, and how upfront they are with me. Joe and his family score five stars across the board.Over the years, Joe has offered to bill me a month later to help with a big $$$ repair. He has loaned me a car computer thingy for a weekend to help pass a smog test. And most importantly he listens when I tell him I don't want to fix every little thing... But to just keep my old car running.I plan to keep returning to Joe's.
