Poor customer service. Never felt so insulted in my life. Had to speak to the manager and even she was incompetent. There is a reason why they work at the rack. Stick to nordstrom's or go some where else. This is a place for work clothes and that's about it
Don't waste your time at the rack at the marina. Much better stuff, greater quantity and larger variety with less attitude. Shopping without judgement.
I love going to this Nordstrom Rack, they have a lot of hidden deals. I was able to find Armani Exchange sun glasses for cheap!They always have high-end name brands. Their selection is always updating.
Plenty of free parking. Store has a nice layout and is organized well. Nice selection of shoes especially. They carry up to a women's 12 which is nice. I like that there are staff throughout the store to assist if needed and they wear green shirts to make them easily noticeable. I will shop here again. I also like that they have a mini checkout for quick purchases to keep the lines short. Can't wait to see what's in stock for Christmas.
The store was clean and everything was in order, which made it easier to find the shoes I was looking for in my size. The customer service was amazing and the lines weren't long. I am really happy with my purchase and will be back.
