I came here to get my Craftsman tools fixed. When I came back to pick them up I found out that one of my tools had been given out to someone else. If you want good, proper service don't come to this store. There's a reason that Sears is closing down.
People you need to visit Sears. The jewelry has amazing deals. Depends on what's on sale, you can buy your needs at discounted prices. Please go so it does close. I look good because of this place.
The prices are great and the clothes are good quality....but two stars because the lines are ridiculous! No one was in the men's department and I had to go downstairs to check out! They really need to fix this but I don't feel they will as it's the busiest season of the year and they only have one line!!
