We just switched 4 lines over from Verizon and 1 from Metro PCS into one family plan and we're extremely happy with our decision. Jessica Castro was very sweet and professional while helping us. Good customer service. However I will have to throw a complaint that they are using iPads as registers. Very awkward when you walk in to a place where tech is right in your FACE.
