Had a great experience at this Verizon! My phone's software had been acting up for a couple of days so I took it to this store and everyone there was super nice and helpful, especially Chris! He was very informative about all of the options I had for replacing my phone and helped me save all of the information on my phone and transfer it to my new one. The whole process took over four hours but he helped me through all of it. I'll definitely be going back if I have any other issues.
just walking there to get 3 line and 2phone talk to employee for more info he clearly told me go online, and i ask him i want to get it he keep saying get it online and all the info is online seriously!!! and why u working in the store !! basically he told me i dont help you and i don't give you the info, never had this experience anywhere i wont go there i don't suggest you to go there u deserve better if you going there and want to spend money they treat u like that its no no for me , useless people
