We Love Bobs Furniture!!! Shout out to Scott, Jack, and Anthony. They were awesome, amazing, outgoing, loved their attitude on life and customer service was on point. Jack focused on us , regarding buying a mattress that would fit our needs just blew us away. He knows a lot about mattresses. Please go see him if you have questions. Bob's furniture is a great place. The furniture items were beautiful and the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend Minh. He was very professional, sincere, and helpful. I didn't feel pressure to buy anything and he was very informative when I had questions. I will definitely come back in the future.
Sales associate Scott Weber helped me out when I came looking for a power recliner for my elderly mother. Was very friendly and patient. Made sure I got to try every chair (some werent plugged in). Offered to show me other products but was not pushy. I went back next day and bought the chair from him. Everything was easy. Delivery was same week, with good communication, and quick and clean set-up. Even though this was not a big sale, he gave me great customer service.
This place was great!!!! The lady who helped us was Mary Velasquez, there was absolutely no pressure, she was fun, considerate, and honest.... I would definitely recommend this location, especially if working with this employee. You wont be disappointed.
Purchased a set of couches from Bobs. Their customer service is amazing. They are very helpful and informative. They really make you feel like they care about your business. I placed an order to get it delivered and before delivery I made 3 changes and the sales person did not make me feel bad about the changes. They just want you to be happy with your order. Their prices are also a plus! I have already recommended Bobs to my family members and they were also very satisfied customers.
