Excellent service from start to finish! Oscar and Albert are the most friendliest staffs! They were fast at setting up the bed and made sure we were satisfied with the service! I cant complain at all! I recommend anyone who is looking great furniture and excellent service!!
We had a great experience at Caravana furniture! After looking around at every single furniture store in Long Beach, we decided on Caravana due to their personable service. Moises was super helpful in picking out our new sectional and Oscar/Albert were great with delivery & install. We ended up with exactly what we wanted! As you can see, even the dog approves :) thank you all!
I first visited Caravana 2 years ago when I was looking for a new couch. Moises took the time to go over selections and pricing. He was never pushy and actually was very understanding when I said I was going to look at other options at other stores before making a final decision.I decided to go back to Caravana. I have been happy with all my purchases there throughout the last 2 years. My couches, a desk, a stand lamp and a custom made ottoman. Moises and Wendy? in the store and the delivery man Oscar have all been great. I will definitely go back to Caravana.
I love my couch. Special shout out to Oscar and Albert for their service. These guys were very professional and nice. No complaints. They put my couch together and made sure everything was in order before leaving.
Helpful, friendly staff. They know their furniture and don't try to rush you into buying. They have a nice selection and if you don't see it on the floor you can always check their catalogs. All and all I had a very good experience and will definitely shop there again. P.S delivery service excellent!!! Gave me a delivery time and they were true to their word. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
