I like this gym because they just renewed most of the equipment. I mostly use it in the morning.
Its not like it used to be 24 Hour Fitness is a big racquet making business I hope people start realizing how expensive it is when they can go walking or running at their City Park their counter service person was very rude on the sarcastic side and they should offer seniors an inexpensive package knowing that they're not going to use the gym as much as a young person
I'll keep it simple.....Coming to The Fitness Center for me is like coming home. I love a gym where everyone treats you like family. From the friendly owner, to the awesome instructors to the helpful front desk staff, everyone at this little gym treats members like family. The classes are excellent, the equipment is kept clean and in great working condition, the facility is modern and welcoming and the locker rooms are the nicest and cleanest around! If you like a small friendly gym atmosphere with unbeatable pricing, this gym is for you!!
This place is OK if you are willing to pay the price (Planet Fitness is cheaper). It's convenient if you work within the corporate campus.It gets a little warm in the locker after you shower, so be prepared to get sweaty walking back to work. I wish they would put some fans in the bathrooms.There's less equipment than there was before they remodeled it, so be prepared to wait if you come during busy hours.Also, the squat rack isn't bolted down, and there's a guy that constantly uses chalk when he works out, so all the plates have chalk residue on them and when he slams the bar on the rack, the rack moves; it's never squared up with the wall.Lastly, their hours say they are open on Saturdays, but the past two Saturdays I have shown up, nobody has been there and it's been closed. They should adjust their membership fees, if they are going to be closed Saturdays.
