We went to this store on Nov 17th, 2018 and the experience there was the best one ever on a jewelry store. We have been to a lot of stores, but the hospitality of this Kay store was indelible. Ester, Leslie and the store manager happily helped us through to come to a decision. They gave their personal opinions which got us good deals. This outlet had a huge stock apt for all the occasions from wedding to casual. In the end, we purchased the products with full contentment. This was possible with the efforts of theirs as well which acted as a catalyst to get us purchases worth buying for.

Rang to enquire if they stocked a watch I wanted to purchase. It is a $750 Citizen watch. The phone was answered by a male - he asked for the model number which I promptly gave to him - he said hang on and he would check (placed me on hold). Ten seconds later the pone is answered by a woman who said she was unable to help me without a style number and before I could say another word, said thank you and hung up.I was beyond incredulous. It is a $750 watch that I am interested in buying and for the sales staff to have such unbelievably poor customer service is amazing to me. I wonder that any business can afford to lose a $750 sale. I immediately rang the store back and asked for the name of the rude woman who had just nonchalantly terminates the call. I asked to speak to the manager - she advised she was the manager and that her name was Deann. I told her I would be writing this review to reflect my unbelievable experience and her non-existence sense of customer service. I am amazed that such people work in sales.I ended up finding my watch at a store in an outlet mall and as a bonus - they were having a Labor Day weekend sale - so I got it for $700! Kay Jewelers - you need to hire better people. Your outlet store staff are beyond poor when it comes to customer service. Will never shop from your store again.
