I give this specific location 5 Chuck's out of 5 Chuck's. I work at the convention center across the street from the Pike so I've copped a pair or 4on lunch break. But last night I called and was informed of the great 50% off clearance and even though it was raining like a busted hydrant in Downtown Long Beach, Ca I can not turn down 10 dollar Converse (50% off 19.99). So I get there and the shelves are stocked and the staff member I spoke to was the one helping me, which i do prefer cause I like dealing with one person. He was more than helpful by checking the backroom for a new style that just came in. Burgundy plad 70's style high tops, I had to have self-control not to spend all my money due to the fact I got my girls shoes not bad 3 pairs for 60 and change but had to mention the one that got away. 98% of our shoes are from this store. For 6 people including a toddler we get a few pairs for under 150 that last about 4 months but those kids run them down like their Tommy Lee Jones chasin Fugitives. I love it cause as a kid I always wanted Chuck's but got Chunk's instead, wanted High tops but got flip flops instead. Anyhoo we love this store and by we I mean my wallet and I. If you drop in tell them Rusty sent you and you get a blank face cause they don't know who your talking about. Always a great time and in a great location.
