I just had a very frustrating experience with this salon. I booked an appointment via the MINDBODY app the day of due to back pain. I tried calling the salon several times to confirm the appointment but was unable to reach anyone nor leave a message. I went in for my scheduled time, but no one was at reception. I waited in the waiting area for almost 30 minutes before someone came out. She told me there was no one to provide the service I scheduled and did not know I was scheduled. However, upon refreshing the schedule saw I was I fact down for an advertised slot. I understand this was an honest mistake, but she did not apologize AT ALL for the time their faulty system took out of my day or the fact that I was dissapointed, as I was seeking some pain relief today. She just tried to reschedule my appointment without acknowledging the fact that I sat there for 30 minutes and did not receive a service. WHAT!? Poorly organized and frustratingly low customer service. Would rather lose my Groupon and take my money elsewhere.
Ive been going to Debbie now for the last year and I have nothing but great things to say. Shes very welcoming and loving and helps with your specific issues. As a Marine Corps Veteran she gives a discount and has helped me rehab my many issues ranging from my plantar fasciitis, shoulder tear, and constant back pain. Now that I have been going routinely my pains have subsided and I feel better with every session. If your looking to fix your body and get back on track I highly recommend going in and having Debbie set you straight
Great first time experience will definitely come back again. I work with Deb on getting my makeup done for an event. She was fabulous and fun to work with. The atmosphere is great inside as well. There's nice inspirational quotes posted in one of the rooms. It's a place I would get more services done.

I highly recommend Debbie and her massage treatments at this spa! She takes a lot of time to make sure she knows what your issues and problems are and then customizes her massages to directly address those.
