You get a very specific massage here based on your tastes, like how hard you like it, where you need work, etc and you even put it on a form beforehand. It makes for a very satisfying visit especially if you are like me and you work out quite a bit and tend to develop new muscle pains all over your body.
Lydia is great. I've been back several times for a massage/stretch package. She keeps track of my progress and injury recovery.

I see Kim at G-Spa regularly, every 3 or 4 weeks. Im constantly dealing with a pinched nerve and high stress in the neck and shoulders from outdoor activities and Kim is what keeps me going! Great staff all around, they really care about your health and well-being. Highly recommend!
