  After purchasing my home near Pomona. I had plans to move my storage closer to me. I decided to keep my storage here due to the great service I always receive by the manager henry. Although he may look very young, do not let his appearance fool you. He definitely knows what hes doing. Do not mind the drive, knowing that my items are safe and customer service is good. Glad I found this place :)

  What a terrific experience! I truly felt welcomed by Deborah! Who would have known a storage location would have such great customer care. Due to my career & business i move quiet often and personally HATE IT due to the fact of dealing with the horrible process. Deborah made my stressful week/day 100x better. Theres absolutely no way i couldnt smile with her customer service even though i arrived upset at the world. I hope public storage knows the quality of employee they have at there long beach location! AMAZING SERVICE! Public service has earned my business long term due to Deborah! Please take care of her. As i know how hard is to find an employee who cares for a business as there own.

  I came a few days ago. And was greeted by Deborah she help pick the perfect size unit to store my things.Great friendly person that answered every question I asked her. Kudos

  Every time I come to make a payment I am always greeted by a nice gentleman Henry, who is very welcoming and friendly. Helps both me and my grandmother each month with our payments and is always very helpful with any questions we might have with our accounts. Great location, great staff :)
