This facility has had many managers through out the years hands down The manager Diego has been the far most best manager at the long beach location its ever had property has never been as clean and smooth run while under his management. Assistant Christina was always willing to help out when ever we needed something and was always greeting with a smile . Meet new assistant chris has very great customer service and very knowledgeable and funny guy
The store manager, Diego, was A+ AWESOME! He had been there working all day long, when I came along running late after sitting in horrific traffic for over an hour.. I know he would of rather gone home, and called it a day, but instead he accommodated me and my trip was not a waste of time. I appreciated his 'over and above' the call of duty attitude and his extra time spent to make me a happy customer. Great manager! Great facility!
Christina is the most awesome assistant manager of a storage facility that I have ever met in my life! Her professionalism and guidance made it easy for me to unload and clean out the storage locker that I bought at an auction. What an amazing resource of help I had on this busy day!
