My 2018 540i had a Seat Restraint error, a warning light advising me to "Top off coolant," and a recall event. LB BMW scheduled my appointment, reserved a loaner and was ready when I arrived. Angel processed the visit. I received a text from Angel when my car was ready and I returned my 2019 428i Loaner and picked up my car which was perfect. I don't know if you can have an easier more positive experience. 1st class.

Very quick, competitive pricing, and really great people to deal with. I shot over a quote request on New Years day and had a competitive offer that met my needs within a few hours.
