  Mr. Jaime Martnez was awesome and very kind, He offered a great customer service and very helpful. However, The Financial person called Angel was great too but He had a no nice behavior with us when I was offering an additional insurance cover.In general, all the customer service was great.Thanks

  Overall, pretty close to a perfect experience. My sales associate (Anthony King) was candid, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Considering a relatively busy Saturday, the entire process took around 3 hours.Dealership offers free water, Starbucks hot coco and coffee to ease the process which is nice too.No games or gimmicks. The final finance part which have the usual "offers" to get you to drop more of your hard earned $$. That said 7-year/100K-mile bumper to bumper coverage is actually not a bad offer at all, and might make sense to some people at least.As my first Toyota/West Coast purchase experience, I am quite satisfied! I'd recommend my sales rep and this dealership to anyone who might be considering purchasing a vehicle from there.

  I recently purchased a car at West Coast Toyota and had a great experience. Dorian, the internet sales manager who assisted me, was very helpful. He and his manager did the best they could to provide me with the most inexpensive price to fit my budget. Everyone who helped me was very friendly and I'm glad to say I was pleased with both my purchase and the service provided.
