While discussing the price of a car and financing options, the salesman gave me a completely arbitrary interest rate just to get me to sit down with the financing people. Ultimately, it was the financing rep that saved the sale of the car. The salesman had given me intentionally misleading information. He acted like he didnt have access to information, refused to answer my questions and told me he couldnt talk details with me. If I were ever to go back, I would ask for the financing rep out the gate. The car salesmen I worked with here absolutely lived up to the stereotypical reputation of the profession.
FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE!!!! After putting 7 hard inquires on my credit report they finally found a bank to finance me for 6 years at 20% They sell you on the idea that after a year of on time payments you can refinance. All while knowing you will be upside down as soon as you drive it off the lot. Not only that but they fake your income and tell the bank you make more than you make so that they can justify giving you a higher rate, and then act like they are doing you a favor. Now for the service department. I should have listened to other reviews before I went in here but I thought I would be the exception. They run a motley crew and not the band. Every time I get the works package my car never gets washed. There is always an excuse always short on techs. When I needed brake pads they just told me I needed them and did not tell me I was almost completely out of break fluid. The dealer has been the only place my car has been serviced. They tried to tell me my check engine light was coming on due to an after market oil cap that is sold by Mountune. Save the headaches and highest sales tax in California and just go to any other licensed Ford Dealer.
