This office is close to my home. The staff is always very friendly, they remember me even though I usually come in only twice per year. The cash prices are reasonable and they will always work with me if I need a payment plan. The office is clean. I think the staff could work on their intercommunication skills. I've experienced longer than expected wait times and miscommunications about treatment and scheduling. For example, the hygienist said to come back in 4 months and the front desk person automatically tried to schedule me in 6 months without checking my chart to see what my treatment plan is. Also there was an issue with my nightgaurd where it was never properly fitted for me. In the end they did remedy the issue with no extra charge, it just took extra time. Overall I have been happy with this office and have recommended them to family and friends.
I honestly never liked goin to dentist and i always try to avoid it... plus i didnt want to go and be judged and embarrassed...but when i came here i was very comfortable i was falling asleep during deep clean hahahah they are awsome nice and friendly and explained everything to me in detail i cant wait for this long road if getting my teeth fixed and glad to have found this place.
I went to this place not knowing what to expect,but when me and my infant DAUGHTER arrived I swear we were treated with such kindness. The receptionist even watched my Baby as I went in back.Augie,Ashley,and Andrea good job
My experience was a great one. I was seen right away and taken well care of. The staff is super friendly and answers all of your questions.
