Worst dentist office that Ive ever been to. Two hour wait, even though I had an appointment scheduled. They also refused to do a regular cleaning and insisted that I pay extra for a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning that they did took about five minutes. Two hours of waiting for xrays and a deep cleaning. Avoid this place. Its not worth the anyones time.
WHO likes going to the dentist??? If you come here, chances are you WILL. The staff is courteous, & friendly. Doctor's are very comprehensive, & knowledgeable, & also very friendly. West Coast Dental, most likely, will change your opinion on dental issues.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!Honestly, I thought because of the area, that i would receive a better experience than I did. I have been a patient for about 4 years and i can say with out a doubt ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!I have always just gone for cleanings and check ups, nothing major. About 6 months ago i needed a filling. It was done so sloppy, that when I flossed it felt like the filling was going to come out. About a week later it eventually did. I went back in to have it fixed and was told because the Dr. was no longer working there that they could not do anything. Then tried to upsell me on a root canal.All this after hours of waiting.I went to a different dentist paid out of pocket and no root canal was NOT necessary.These people do not care about your oral health, comfort and are inconsiderate of your time. Total waste of time!
Get ready to wait. They doublesometimes triplebook appointments. The work is good, so I put up with it.
If I can give them no stars I seriously would . This place is all about MONEY they want to find a deeper problem then what the problem is . I came to this place 3 times within one week. I left work early twice and they did nothing ! I felt like my time was wasted. They literally did nothing . Absolutely nothing ! They said I needed a root canal and when they seen that the approval was approved by a different Dentist they wanted nothing to do with me. They were my primary doctor. Dr. Turkemani needs his license revoked. He refused to do my fillings because he couldnt handle a one on one conversation with me. Which he took as a argument He literally told me he was covering someone shift so he was not even suppose to be in today! I feel that he didnt want to do anything. For him to state that seems like he was already upset before he gotten to work. I will not lets this be a by gone . I will report/contact the Ombudsman office to get to the bottom line. I had fillings but all they were worried about was doing the root canal. Which is more expensive and a more invasive procedure. I do not recommend this place to anybody ! Their unprofessionalism shows and starts when you walk in ! The receptionists do not greet they are always talking amongst themselves. All the bad reviews is so TRUE about this place.
