Potential New Patient.12NOV18 - Made appointment more than a week in advance. 3:00 p.m.I arrive early fill out all necessary paper work and provide a copy of my insurance card and I.d.Front office person is unable to reach my insurance for copay amount and verification.She told me she would call me back by 10:30 the following day. Tuesday 13NOV18, with info from my insurance.I received no call. Not Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Not at 10:30 or any 30.Forget Newport Dental. I thought their reviews I had read sounded good. Made the place sound like it was really good at what it does.I don't want to receive my service from them. Too many choices of places who actually want to provide service.
I have been having my braces for a few years now and they say I was getting them off I had a important meeting and couldnt make it when I called and try to change the time I couldnt because they told me I had to change the date and everything. Which I am every mad about because I have been waiting to take these off so I have now wait tell the end of the month. They shouldnt do that and I now dislike Newport dental. Not even worth it
