Broken promise, can't trust the owner . Drop off pendant for mounting on Saturday and was told it'll be ready on Monday at noon. Went to pick it up on Tuesday but it wasn't ready. Owner states it's locked up and can't return my pendant until tomorrow. I insist on getting it back, 10 minutes later brought my pendant and gave it back to me untouched. No apology and no phone call to notified me about the delay.
