  I had an appointment for an oil change. I was on time, but it took 2-1/2 hours for the service to be completed. I believe that is to long for a service I can get at Jiffy Lube inside of an hour. I would like to use the dealer for the regular maintenance on my car, but want a more efficient use of my time. For roughly the same cost, I could have saved a hour and a half of my time. (it would have cost more, but I used a coupon at the dealership) Like the people, but the service could be more efficient.

  Bill is the guy to go too for your car service needs, he keeps you up to date with whats going on and as soon as you start describing the issue, he has already come to a conclusion on what the issue is. He definitely knows his stuff.

  Our salesperson Laura Guzman made buying our 2019 Chevy Cruze a very happy and informative process. She was polite and very knowledgeable. While sitting down with her she explained to us all the detailed options for our selection as well as giving us the price numbers for our specified budget. Laura patiently answered all our questions and led us through all the steps to help get the necessary paperwork all completed in that one evening.

  Leased 2 vehicles from Harbor over the past 2 months. Both experiences were exceptional. Very transparent on the financing side. Not pushy or aggressive on the sales side, but very informed about the vehicles on the lot. Fair on both deals. I highly recommend Harbor for those who are in the market for Chevy products, including Corvettes.
