Esteban was Fast friendly with a good sense of humor made us feel comfortable. Engine light on my Hyundai had come on. They checked it told me what the problem was the part was in stock it was repaired under warranty. they washed car to. I left feeling safe & happy . Thank you Esteban. and service department.
Made an appointment for regular service (oil change, etc.) got there a little late, but no problems. They got my car in and out quickly. I was able to connect to WiFi so I could do some work while I waited. They always wash the car for me as well when it is serviced. No complaints so far!
We purchased a used 2016 Santa Fe and noticed the wheel alignment was out a month after taking it home. We had just had our first child and didnt take too much notice on this maintenence issue. Once we took it to the dealer 2 month from purchase, we discussed the issue with Scott, the service writer/manager, and he took care of the issue. They could of easily asked for us to pay for the work but they did the right thing and fixed the alignment on the vehicle. I was worried that we would have to make a big fuss about the issue, but they came through with flying colors.

I ended up shopping here after realizing that a lot of the other dealers were advertising prices with all kinds of frivolous discounts that most people would never qualify for. Mike at Harbor was straight forward on pricing and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend. I started shopping for a new car and eventually bought a certified pre-owned.
