Ace/Allied - The two ladies that helped us were nice. That's about all that they have going for them. They choose your car for you. The first one that we were brought had dangerously bald (I mean BALD) tires. They brought us another one that had better tires but looked like it was just returned. The car was thrashed inside and out and was obviously not cleaned. Broken electrical parts, including the automatic seat adjuster. NOT Recommended.
To start off ALLIED RENT A CAR has horrible costumer service! I recently rented a car from them this past Friday 11/2/18 and I had Chanel who is very rude and should not be in a costumer service Job with her attitude. 1. Horrible customer service 2.Car was super dirty and brakes needed work3. This company over all doesnt have a complain department I would not recommend this place to anyone basically you get what you pay its cheap but their workers and their products are cheap as well. I rather pay more and be treated like I deserve to be treated specially if Im spending my hard earn money on this company. The next day when I turned in my car my daughter came with me and the same girl Chanel was giving my daughter a dirty look and of course no teen will stay quiet when they are being rude too. Chanel began to act out inappropriate for a costumer service worker. It seems this company should just go out of business. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! I rent cars all the time and have never had such a bad experience as I did with this company...The car was dirty, scratched, dented and in poor running condition but it was the last one left so I took it...When I returned it one day early because I couldn't stand it anymore...They still charged me full price. THEN, they did not refund the $200 deposit that they were supposed to and they also failed to email me my receipt so I could turn it in to my company for reimbursement...So a 3 day rental of a 2005 Nissan Versa cost me $362!!!
Very good customer service. Got a Nissan which was perfect for our trip bahay it was right and economical in gas. Great rates! Note I know where to go should I need to rent a car again!
I had an absolute terrible experience with ace rental. Spending a few extra dollars for a better rental service would have been 100 percent worth it and I will never rent from them again, nor would I ever recommend them to others. Reason 1 - the first car they offered me was in terrible shape and appeared to have recently been in a collision. I brought my concerns to the attention of the staff and was even more concerned by their lack of interest/customer service. I requested a different car and they gave me another car that was in the same shape; parts missing, front bumper was falling off and the rear taillights were cracked. Reason 2 - the car I ended up with stalled multiple times. I was not able to take the car everywhere I wanted to because I didn't feel safe. Reason 3 - I found weed in the car they rented to me. Please what ever you do spend the extra money and have a safe vacation. I called the long beach office back to see if anything could be resolved and was hing up on by milia. Terrible customer service.
