Great service from the two employees there. I think the gentleman was a manager but they were extremely helpful. Especially considering we booked our reso at the wrong location. Hooked us up and we were off to the races.
Good service and cheap car rentals
Picked up a Hyundai Santa Fe. The passenger rear tire had a slow leak. This should have been checked before providing the car to the customer. Caused a lot of grief, delay and cancellation of bookings. Very upsetting and disappointed in this branch. Always had a good and memorable experience with Avis, but this experience have soured my thoughts.The Long Beach Port branch should be more thorough, attentive and a lot more professional.
Andrew is so awesome great customer service the van was great on gas and very clean I definately would rent here again!!!!
