Great place. Friendly staff. Receptionist is awesome and very helpful. Dentist does a great job.
Would not recommend. They try to sell you on very invasive cleaning procedure, and when you can't pay the exorbitant fees they refuse to perform the job of even a standard cleaning. When you ask for your xray results to take with you to another dentist, they lob an additional fee at you and make you wait 4+ days, even though the files are digital are require no preparation. These retaliatary measures are transparent and immature, and serve to further underline their goals of profit over patient health/ well being.
Holas. My first dentist experience here in Long Beach, California. The location is super close to where I live. A friend of mine went there and said he was pleased. I am transitioning as transgender so any new dentist, anything new can be an adventure. I made it clear when I set the appointment that though my insurance has me as male gender. that I am trans Latina.In my first appointment I was greeted well. The technician for the xrays was very professional. Carmen was cool.The doctor was very cordial. Easy to talk to, relaxed and upbeat.Its been almost two years since being at the dentist. I had facial feminization and my jaw and chin was contoured so I wanted to wait a while.My teeth were fine, no cavities.I had a cleaning and the technician and doctor did a great job.My experience was very positive here.
Great experience, staff super friendly and nice. Went for my 2nd cleaning and quite satisfied. The doctor took his time with my procedure. Teeth feel great. Will come back again for sure. Place was clean, and orderly.
